When you practice the Mindfulness 1-9 Counting App, you actually begin to become aware of the experiences and physical sensations of what it is to Breathe in and to Breathe out without all the extra thoughts which clutter up your mind in day to day life. It may sound simple but it could just be a challenge to hold your attention for 9 breaths!
